Kimberly Rolfs created Where’s My Mind with a friend, Rena Barch, after realizing that there was a lack of substantial mental health information in the podcast space. It’s a long-form podcast surrounding what it’s like to live with mental illness, in the form of both interviews with people about their mental health journeys and discussions between Kimberly and Rena about their own experiences. They cover topics such as medication, hospitalization, being diagnosed, mindfulness, stigma, coping mechanisms, trauma, relationships, and addiction. Where’s My Mind launched in May 2019, and has received nearly 1,000 plays so far, with listeners all over the United States and around the world.
